Store coffee and tea concentrates in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to keep them in the fridge for better freshness and longer shelf life.
Coffee-derived sediments will occur, but this does not affect quality.
Shipping
We strive to process orders promptly to deliver them to you on time. After we process your order, we will queue it for packing and shipment within 1-3 business days.
Our shipping partners estimate that your package will be delivered within 1-3 business days after they receive it. However, for the most accurate information on the progress of your shipment, you can track it using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email that will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
To check the status of your order, please visit the Order History section of your account dashboard. Please note that we are unable to expedite the shipping process for any orders.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders of $30 or more. For orders under $30, the delivery fee is $2.99.
Return & Exchange
Once orders are placed and processed, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
At Seiun Coffee, we always aim to provide you with products you will love. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will then ask you to pack the items and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the eligible items back to us. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, we will initiate a refund for the items returned, minus a $6 flat fee for restocking and the cost of the shipping label.
All items must be unused and have all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Coffee and tea are perishable food products, so we cannot accept returns even if they are unopened. However, if there was an error with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@seiuncoffee.com.sg within 14 days of your purchase.
Please contact our customer service team at hello@seiuncoffee.com.sg and provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will assist you promptly and report the issue to our product team.
Order Modification
Once orders are placed and processed, we are no longer able to cancel the order. We may be able to modify an order; however, there is a limited window of time to do so. Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes to it.
We will do our best to accommodate any requests for changes, but we cannot guarantee they can be made once an order is placed. If you need to modify an order, please contact us via the chat icon or at hello@seiuncoffee.com.sg with your order number as soon as possible during business hours.
